Amber Hansen Events is a full-service Cincinnati wedding planner that will ensure you have the wedding of your dreams! We will manage all the vendors throughout the planning process so that you can focus on making memories with your loved ones and ENJOY being engaged. I will help you create an unforgettable day with less stress on your end.
Partial Planning
Your wedding day is a memorable milestone in life and there are many details to take care of. Amber Hansen Events offers a partial planning package that picks up where you left off. This is very similar to our Full-service package, but if you have half or more of your vendors already booked, I’ll pick up where you left off. That could include venue consultations, budget and checklist management, reception and ceremony layout plans, concierge assistance with wedding/event planning tasks, and vendor recommendations, and much more. I’ll assist with menu development, planning meetings, vendor coordination throughout the planning process, and ongoing communications with consultants via phone or email.
Day of Coordination
I aim to make the weeks leading up to your wedding or event as calm and as easy for you as possible. I will confirm all your vendors and finalize the schedule. No detail will be overlooked, and I will be sure to keep you updated on everything from contracts to vendor questions! I even create a timeline that works specifically for your needs.
Getting Started
Our Getting Started package is perfect for the person who wants expert advice on getting the event planning started with a budget and a customized to-do list. With this package, we will meet and discuss your vision and style for your wedding or event. We will customize a to-do list for you, eliminating things that are unnecessary, while adding some musts that will need to be done to make your vision happen. We will also talk numbers. No matter how much investment you have to put toward the event, we will personalize a budget just for you!

Your wedding day will be more than a memory—it will be an experience you’ll never forget. The day of coordinator service is great for the couple who already planned everything but need someone to steer their ship into port.
Our "Day-Of Coordination" package is not only to make that one-day stress-free; we aim to make the weeks leading up to your wedding or event as calm and as easy for you as possible. We will meet up to four weeks before the day to collect any relevant information we will need to make your day go smoothly. During this meeting, we will also get to know you better and learn your vision for your perfect day. No detail will be overlooked. Vendors will be confirmed and the schedule will be finalized. We will get up to speed on vendor contract terms and contact information so you will have that much less to deal with on the Day-Of. We will create a timeline personalized to your needs and plans for this special day. We will manage all the vendors and their questions while you enjoy time with family and friends. We will have a final meeting to walk through the venue and review the reception plans. Anything you need, we will take care of you!
