Corporate Day-Of Coordination

Our "Day-Of Coordination" package is not only to make that one day stress-free; we aim to make the weeks leading up to your event as calm and as easy for you as possible. We will meet up to four weeks before the day to collect any relevant information we will need to make your day go smoothly. During this meeting, we will also get to know you better and learn your vision for your event. No detail will be overlooked. Vendors will be confirmed and the schedule will be finalized. We will get up to speed on vendor contract terms and contact information so you will have that much less to deal with on the Day-Of. We will create a timeline personalized to your needs and plans for this special day. We will manage all the vendors and their questions while you enjoy time with family and friends. We will have a final meeting to walk through the venue and review the reception plans. Anything you need, we will take care of you!

Corporate Events to Expos

The Platinum Package is full-service coordination for your event. From the very beginning to the end, we are there to ensure you are as stress-free as possible. This Package is perfect for the busy host and the host who wants expert advice on everything from vendor selection to menus. The Platinum Package includes everything the Day-Of Coordination package PLUS venue consultations, budget and checklist management, reception and ceremony layout plan, concierge assistance with wedding/event planning tasks, vendor recommendations, all vendor consultation meetings, vendor contract negotiations, assistance with menu development, planning meetings, vendor coordination throughout planning process, ongoing communications with consultant via phone or email, event website management, RSVP management, extra assistant for the Day-Of, hotel service coordination, and a consistent consultant throughout the process.
